Q: Do
You Take Breaks?
No. Our DJ’s will play continuously throughout the
event. From the scheduled start time until the event
is over. They will obviously sneak away from time to
time as necessary to use the bathroom.
Q: Can We Choose The Music To Be Played At Our
Event?
You can choose every song if you like, or provide us
with requests in advance or at the event and allow
us to read the crowd. This is your event, and you
are in total control of what we play. We will
discuss this at length when we sit down together
prior to your event. You can create your song
request list from our music database page.
Q: Can We Have A "Do Not Play" List?
Yes. You may also create a do not play list from our
music database page and send it to us in advance.
Q: What If We Want A Song That You Don't Have?
Our music collection includes music from all genres
from the 1940’s through today’s new music.
Occasionally someone requests something obscure that
we may not have.
Q: Do You Provide A Light Show?
A light show is available as an additional option.
We can help you select a lightshow appropriate to
your event
Q: How Interactive Are Your DJs?
The answer is: We are as interactive as you want us
to be. We will discuss this when we sit down
together prior to your event.
Q: How Experienced Are Your Entertainers?
All of our entertainers are hand selected and
trained. Our DJs have been trained formally by DJ
Eric G. They have also served as assistants to Eric
G in most cases also received on the job training.
Our DJ staff currently consists of five of the most
talented Disc Jockeys in New England. If you require
nothing but the best, then Upper Valley DJ is the
right choice for you. We take pride in providing
quality service to all of our customers.
Q: Are You Insured?
Most quality banquet facilities require
entertainment companies to be fully insured. You and
your guests are protected by our service. We carry a
$2,000,000 policy provided by Willis NA and the
National Association of Mobile Entertainers
(N.A.M.E.),
Q: Does The DJ Expect Tipping/Gratuity?
It is common to tip the entertainment industry,
however it is not mandatory. Our DJ’s are paid from
your fees. However, if your DJ exceeds your
expectations, a tip would be taken as a great
compliment.
